Founded in 2010 by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), Indian Arrows was established with a singular mission: to provide a platform for India's most promising young footballers to develop their skills through regular competitive football at the highest domestic level.
Based at the iconic Fatorda Stadium in Margao, Goa, we have become the cornerstone of India's youth development ecosystem. Our unique model allows players aged 17-21 to train and compete together while receiving education and life skills training.
Over the past decade, Indian Arrows has produced more professional footballers for India's top leagues than any other academy. Our alumni include current Indian national team players and stars in the Indian Super League.
Established by AIFF to prepare India's U-19 team for the 2011 AFC U-19 Championship.

Our residential academy program is designed to develop complete footballers and individuals. We combine technical training, tactical education, physical development, and mental conditioning.
For players aged 13-16, focusing on fundamental skills, game understanding, and multi-sport athletic development. Non-residential program with school integration.
Full-time residential program for ages 17-19. Comprehensive training, competitive matches, and academic education through partner institutions.
Specialized training for goalkeepers of all ages. Led by former national team goalkeepers with focus on technique, positioning, and mental resilience.
Comprehensive program for female footballers aged 14-21. Focus on skill development, physical conditioning, and creating pathways to professional football.
